🛁 Gatco 1513 7-Inch Corner Basket: Sleek Shower or Tub Organizer in Satin Nickel Review

I have a tiled bathtub and it doesn't fit the 90 degree corner. It deflects a few millimeters, but that's a lot when it has to fit tightly into a corner. 4 screws for hanging means 4 holes in the tile, which is way overkill for a couple of bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Also, the rubber mounts around the screws are visible after the basket is hung. I do NOT recommend! Made in China speaks for itself!

Bought this and another size to install in a freshly tiled shower room and use as a soap holder and shampoo/conditioner bottle holder. They are very good looking (brushed nickel to match the shower head and valve) and functional. The water drains to keep the soap from getting wet and water from pooling around the bottles. They also come with caps for the screw heads so there is less chance of water seeping past the tiles. Excellent quality, very happy with the product

This is a very nicely done heavy chrome plated shelf. Because of the ledge in the corner of the shower, I had to remove 3/4 inch from the corner of the shelf. I bought this product specifically because it is made of brass. It's not, it's stainless steel, which made cutting and shaping a difficult task. It also comes with small caps to cover the screws, one of these caps had faulty threads and I spend an hour filing to repair the threads enough to make it work. Now that it's here, it's great.

We installed two of these baskets in our new shower; one in the corner at the end of the shower head, the other in the "far" corner. The finish of the basket coordinates with other Gatco, Hansgrohe and Delta brushed nickel products and accessories and looks far better than shiny chrome. keep them in a safe place.
