Description of Gates 19885 Molded Heater Hose

Has all the quality features of Gates molded coolant hose and similar to OEM specifications. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation – the leading cause of hose failure. EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, EPDM cover. Meets SAE 20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications. Temperature Range: -40 Deg. F to 275 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C -135 Deg. C).

Excellent Molded Heater Hose for Heating

Based on our own experience, this molded heater hose is an excellent addition to our heating system. It was easy to install and fits perfectly ensuring efficient air circulation .The material is sturdy and durable, and we have had no issues with leaks or cracks. However, the only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to other heater hoses on the market. Overall, we highly recommend this product for anyone looking to upgrade their heating system..

Good quality Gates hose

Was able to use this hose to make a pair of hoses for my '78 CX500, fits fine but a bit of glycerine or antifreeze makes them slide easily.
