Durability

I own a retail business and first used this item in 2017 on a floor with a step in a high traffic area. We reinstalled the floors in February 2021 and had an insane amount of time to pick up this product, adhesion and durability remain the same. I reordered this item to return it.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No Instructions

Safety first and good investment

I was very satisfied with this product. Gator Grip Traction Tape is a great choice for stairs and other areas in our warehouse. Our company pays special attention to the safety of our work areas. This minimal investment has paid off for us in terms of avoiding accidents and lost time or even potential lawsuits against us. I highly recommend this product. parkers

I'm buying another roll, so.

The texture on the surface is very strong (like the skin of a heavy truck) and the adhesive is very sticky. We've used it over doorways (drywall with a demountable texture) with fancy steps and we've used a construction stapler to make sure it stays in place so I don't know if it can handle itself. When we glued it to the sides of the steps (blank tile), it peeled off a bit around the edges. I was able to glue it back on and it seems to be holding. I plan to use super sticky double sided tape…

Pros
  • Sturdy surface
Cons
  • Damaged
