Thick wires - inverter

Good wires with thick insulation. I use them from the inverter in our RV and they work fine. They are multi-strand and very flexible.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Easily torn

Excellent Cables - Inverter

Excellent cables, but make sure you understand that the overall length of both cables is the same. If you place order for 3ft, it means you will get 1.5ft red cable and 1.5ft black cable!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ease of maintenance

Thumbs Down;: Tools and Equipment

The description says the lugs are sealed to prevent corrosion. The wires I received had lightweight ferrules with a seam on the end. Not what I expected. I was expecting tough, durable cleats. I sent them back.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Expensive

Very good, flexible cable.

Use these to extend battery cables on my motorcycle. I cut the end off on one side and soldered it to my existing wires with butt connectors. Their flexibility greatly facilitates battery removal.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Minor issues

THIN protective sleeve around the wire

I didn't even open the box but sent it back with a loss of $5 when I noticed the thinnest wire and that protective layer around the wire. It's just not worth risking what I thought was a potential fire hazard in a couple of years. .

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I have no real complaints about it, everything is fine

The perfect answer for a project.

I needed something better than jumper wires to connect them to stainless steel mesh parts to allow low voltage to flow through them. It solved the problem, and it looked a lot less like an online dumbass video about winning a Darwin Prize and more like quality backyard science.

  • New

Much shorter than described!

Advertised as 3ft, tagged as 3ft but only 1.5ft which is half (3/2 = 1.5). Chances are this SET of two cords (one red and one black) totaling 3 feet could reasonably be interpreted as the advertised length. It will be misleading advertising. I suspect/hope this is just an isolated incident of mislabeling and oversight. Waste of time/money.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Operating speed
