Gauztex® Sports Toe Tape Self Adhesive Review

I didn't expect that, the tape is not enough to bandage wounds. I never had the opportunity to return it. I wasted my money.

I love that there is no glue! I recently completed the Camino in Portugal (206 miles) and the adhesive from regular patches was causing an uncomfortable irritation. I will be buying more of this product to keep in my backpack for my next long hike.

Years ago I used toe straps as a dancer. Although I no longer dance, I recently bought these again as my toes are crooked from dancing and skating. I forgot how amazing it works. My toes are protected, the pain relief has been amazing and the blister I got is gone. Buy it!

I'm very prone to blisters when walking long distances. I wrapped this band around some of my toes before going on a long run in very wet terrain. My feet got very wet after a few hours of running, but the tape didn't budge and fully protected my toes. That is amazing.
