Double the Light – Increase the lighting with one socket with the GE Twin Light Socket Adapter. Light your Work – Needing more light with one socket in your workshop, garage or utility room is not a problem with this dual socket adapter. Easy to Install – Turn off the light fixture, remove existing bulb and screw in adapter before replacing bulb. Bulbs – This should be used with standard (medium base) bulbs and sockets. Power – Do not exceed the electrical rating of 250VAC and 660W, and the adapter is UL Listed.

Feels like 150% more light

Lightbulbs don't really cost that much but as I get older it's one thing to climb the last few ones to change them. About 10 years ago, I started using these long-life energy-saving bulbs, but the difference between the cost of using traditional light bulbs and the recommended energy-saving bulbs is not the same. This solves the problem

That didn't work for me. But it could be for you. Idk

This didn't work in the mount I bought it for. I couldn't find a reason why not. It's wearable. The lights didn't come on. I've used lightbulbs that combined were a lot less wattage than the maximum recommended for the lightbulb. The original lightbulb consumes more electricity. I had to go back to the original lamp.

Amazing little detail. Great way to get more light from a single bulb/socket

Perfect for my office and living room. The second bulb played a crucial role in taking the room from dim to well lit. Very affordable and they appear to be of slightly better quality than the Leviton offering. Keep in mind that this can prevent you from using the lampshade as the bulbs will be raised a few inches and take up quite a bit of width.
