This HDMI adapter works!

I have 3 of them. And I have one that I've been using on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for over 3 years. I paid $49.99 at the Samsung store in 2017 when they first came out.

Great but you need to change your sound settings

Excellent quality. Works well. Most likely, your computer automatically changes the sound settings for the GE adapter. You need to go in and change it back to your system sound setting to hear sound through your device.

Doesn't work with KVM

As the converter didn't work with KVM there was no picture hence this picture quality got one star (would give 0 stars). Because the product didn't work properly got 1 star (couldn't give 0 stars), the construction was solid. Had it worked as intended, the score would have been higher.

Works but could do better

Works as expected and does not require the extra 5V USB input that was needed on the last model I ordered. That being said, we'll see how it holds up. This unit was fully sealed when I received it and was still damaged in some way upon arrival. The outer casing of the device was not aligned with the VGA port. However, it works.

Works as expected and does not require the additional 5V USB input required on the last model I ordered. That being said, we'll see how it holds up. To install a second security TV

Required to install a Secure Flat Screen TV. The security video recorder has two outputs. One is HDMI, the other is VGA. I had a 10 foot VGA cable that I didn't want to take with me, so I just grabbed this adapter to connect to a second TV. Now they can watch TV on a big 65 inch TV during the day and security cameras on a small TV, and at night they can switch the big TV to security cameras for more surveillance. Very nice and they are very happy with the setup. Four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Works great at an amazingly low price

I usually leave long, detailed reviews. But in this case it will be short and sweet. The adapter is well made and works perfectly. It even has two screw holes for attaching the VGA connector. If you need to connect a VGA monitor to your laptop, you need this cable.

Does not work with KVM

Because the converter didn't work with the KVM, there was no picture, there was a star for this picture quality (would be 0 stars). Because the product didn't work properly got 1 star (couldn't give 0 stars), the construction was solid. Had it worked as intended, the score would have been higher.
