Good bulbs: Bulbs

I tried another brand of amber LEDs but they were too "white" and didn't have enough amber. I was looking for something but finally found this. And even though these are old school bulbs, they are more amber and just what I needed.

Pros
  • Trial for a year
Cons
  • Slightly torn

THAT'S A PERFECT GLOW!

I replaced all of the interior and exterior lighting (even all the landscaping lights) in my Florida home with various LEDs. except for my wonderful kitchen lamp. These are the ONLY bulbs that give off a perfect warm amber. I've tried many! So thankful I was able to find them at a great price!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Hard to say

Boudoir lighting - light bulbs

It doesn't all have to be BRIGHT and that's why I need these bulbs and suddenly I can find them EVERYWHERE. I'm after that relaxed, warm, understated vibe in my bedroom (well, for "Events"), and all those "Natural Wide Daylight" and "Pure Clear Light" bulbs really kill the mood. thank you If someone could make an LED version of this delicious dark honey color that would be great.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • A bit of variety

Chandelier with bulbs

It's getting harder and harder to find the bulbs I normally use. This is an antique chandelier and we have always used white flame bulbs. So this time I tried these GE Auradescent bulbs. I personally think they look even better. But they are a bit more dazzling - the white pears were softer and you could look at them. The downside is that they are glossy and have a unique sheen. I think they look very nice and would order them again.

Pros
  • new
Cons
  • unreliable

They look good and are cheaper than retail

What can I say about the bulb? It works? Yes it works. I wish they weren't so "bright white" because they're in shadeless sconces in my living room, but I just can't get between this style and the amber light that's almost orange most of the time. bright. At 25 watts they do the job, but somehow they look a lot whiter than the old, old ones that were around years ago. They have a small band attached to the bulb, so they're a bit more elegant than regular flat glass chandeliers.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Great quality and looks

I have been using this style (and manufacturer) bulb for 20 years with no problems. They provide warm, rich light and are made of colored heavy glass. Unfortunately some flashlights do get damaged (I guess I'm just lucky all 16 arrived undamaged). I also don't understand the people who have a short lifespan with these lightbulbs. I use them outside (porch/front/back/side) all night (about ten hours each day) and they usually last at least a year or more. Could your problem be electrical/voltage

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

I'm thankful I can still find yellow lightbulbs!

Deducted one star due to poor packaging from Revain, bought 4 packs of 2 (8 bulbs in total). Two of them were broken in the box upon arrival, although the shipping box showed no obvious external damage. Inside, they couldn't put monster bubbles on one side and bottom of the box, so the backpack broke. If I didn't need the headlights right away and I wasn't so lazy, I would send them back. Other than that, I'm grateful to still be able to find yellow lightbulbs! Nothing compares to the warm…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

Color Changing Hue - Heat Sensitive Coating?

They are bright enough to read if you are within 9 feet or so. Really depends on your lampshade. My first bulb in the pack lasted 6 months. I probably light it up 6-8 hours a day. Amber bulbs emit an orange fire glow. Which helps with falling asleep. Something like a smoldering ember, not a flame. like that . fake and orange. Does not attract insects. At 25w they are actually brighter than the 40w Edison bulbs I get from Bulbrite. Strange. Should be more efficient at converting watts to lumens.

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • I will add later
