Extremely disappointing

The description of this lamp refers to a 3-way lamp (which is why I ordered it): it is NOT a 3-way lamp! It's not very bright (at least not in a lamp) and I'm disappointed with the distortion in the description. I have other places to use the others that were included; but I will not order this particular item again.

Pros
  • Still satisfied
Cons
  • No automatic

Not worth trial and error

Bought in July, only used in October The first bulb worked fine for 1 week then it only came on at 50w not 200 or 250. The second bulb I leave on for 15 minutes Never run by switching to 200 or 25 watts. My third lightbulb works on all three levels, but has only been in use since yesterday. It's July 9th and I'm using the 3rd lightbulb. If I hadn't waited so long to use them they would definitely have gone back.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Protection

Gym lighting in a dark basement

The bulbs were well packaged and didn't break. I was originally looking to wholesale soft white 3-stripes 50/100/150, then saw this and wondered if my regular floor lamps could handle the 200 and 250 settings. I have two floor lamps to cover a large, fairly dark basement illuminate gym, and an extra light would be helpful. So far no problems. Yes, it does get hotter than 150, but that's to be expected and it's not dangerously hot. I only use high settings during training, so I haven't…

Worst product I've bought from Revain

Worst product I've bought from Revain It looks like almost all GE and Sylvania lightbulbs are made by Hungry. We ordered six bulbs, all six of them failed, we ordered them in May 2020, called GE and they replaced three of them and they failed. four more just blew out and we had a problem getting our arc switches to work because when that bulb turns on and you flip the switch the line detects the arc. Looks like they are moving these products from China to Hungary and they are not an iota better

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Poor maintainability

Pros
  • Pack of 6 bulbs
Cons
  • Flimsy

I have purchased four 3-way lamps from GE Lighting. The first bulb lasted exactly one week, the 200 watt element burned out in 5 days, the 50 watt element burned out in 2 days. I replaced that bulb with a second bulb that I bought from Revain. When I first turned it on, the 50 watt element didn't work. The 200 watt element works. I find this statement totally unacceptable. While the outer packaging of the two lightbulbs bears the GE logo, the individual packaging around each lightbulb is…

Pros
  • Application: 3-way table lamps
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

I bought a pack of 6 as expected.

I bought a set of 6 hoping the bulb issues would be fixed. NO! When they arrived I immediately checked them all out as the reviews showed many of them were defective. The first didn't work at all. The second and third burned out as soon as I turned on the lamp. The other three seemed fine. I noticed that the filaments in each bulb were clearly visible through the glass and I had never seen this before. I have been using 50-200-250 GE bulbs for many years and have never had a problem with them…
