Uniform lighting, no dull spots

I don't want LED lights unless there's no other option. Luminescent better scatter light, do not give a shading effect.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Minor problems

Dasor perfect! for bulbs

This bulb is a replacement for my DAZOR magnifier. I like the purity of the color and the lack of heat from the bulb which is a big plus.

Worked exactly as expected

Lamp fitted perfectly and worked exactly as expected. I was a bit concerned as I had never ordered a bulb of this size and shape before. The brightness is good. I can't say how long the bulb will last, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Almost never

Ordered from GE, receive Philips

Only available locally at Philips, so order online. opened the box to fit the new GE lamps that had been ordered. To my surprise, they were Philips again. The Philips is slightly smaller within the inner circle and therefore does not fit the ballast square within the fixture. Put it back in the box, put the box in the garage. You shouldn't come back.

Pros
  • Stylish and contemporary design
Cons
  • Fits

Great lightbulb! - Lightbulbs

We used this lightbulb as a replacement for our bathroom lamp. I am impressed by its brightness and the hue of its light. Especially in winter there is a white light that lifts my spirits. It seems that other bulbs, even if they display cool white, are actually more yellow. I just installed it yesterday, so I can't comment on durability.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Almost OK

Failed after 10 days

Right out of the box, the plastic bracket came loose; does not stick firmly to the glass. It still worked, so I installed it. Difficult because of the short cable in the mount. In a few days it will only work if you "play around" with glass. Completely failed within 10 days. I will buy a replacement from the store to check in advance. Note from the specifications: Country of origin - China. should have known

Worst Light Bulbs Ever

I received this item which I paid for next day shipping and it wasn't worth it. I installed light bulbs in my kitchen and they lasted 2 days, on the 3rd day I turned on the lights and noticed the bulbs were spinning to glow, the headlights wouldn't come on so I checked the headlights to make sure the 4 pins were still intact, which they were, then I removed the headlights and found each bulb had dark spots that indicated a malfunction. The light has already burned out which shocked me…

Worst lightbulbs ever

I received this item which I paid for next day shipping and it wasn't worth it. On day 3 I turned on the lights and noticed the bulbs were whirling to light up, the lights wouldn't come on so I checked the lights to make sure the 4 pins were still intact and then I removed the lights to fix them There were dark spots on each bulb indicating the light had already burned out, which shocked me, especially when I barely left the kitchen light on because my kitchen got very good natural light. I…

Round line lamp in fluorescent lamps

Very thin glass in the bulb cracked when installing the lamp in the magnifying glass. Upon examining several pieces of glass after the destruction, some of them appeared as thin as a sheet of paper. The plastic strip that contained the frame was also flexible and appeared to have no connection with the lens. I don't remember the country of origin of the bulb, but the other bulb I use in my table lamp is from a Southeast Asian country. I'm wondering if anyone knows the manufacturer's specs, if…

FRAGILE!.and expensive!

I bought this to upgrade to a 1960's Luxo loupe and to replace the original bulb (it still worked but was very dim). In terms of strength, the old GE bulb was heavier and it was easier to tell that it had thicker glass. I broke the bulb trying to fit the bulb into the spring steel clamps. I didn't even use as much force on it, and certainly less force than the original, when I took this bulb out and put it back in the lamp. Therefore, these new lamps need to be treated much more carefully than…
