Those lamps were terrible!

I zeroed these lamps. They were a waste of money. Each lasted only a few weeks. I used them in a quality 3 pin lamp socket. Just sorry I missed the window to return them and get my money back.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Worst Light Bulbs Ever

I bought six packs of these light bulbs on July 12th. A month later I'm now at lightbulb number three. That's two blown lightbulbs in one month. Don't buy them. The quality screams chinese junk, but they are actually made in Hungary. Little did I know that Eastern Europe had fallen into the abyss of POS products.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Very Expensive

DANGEROUS. Lightbulb literally exploded after 1 month of use

Lightbulb was fine until it literally exploded after less than a month of use. Shards of glass shattered in my bedroom. And yes, this was used in a flashlight rated for 2 bulbs of 150 watts. The lamp burned for about an hour before I heard it explode. Luckily the glass didn't hit me.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • No work

Forget the new, accept the old

Ground floor apartment, windows to the east and west. Not exactly gloomy, but definitely needs a boost in lighting. 100W bulbs in table lamps are rather weak. Unacceptable. Put in 150w bulbs and it's nice and bright now. Tried LEDs, too expensive and no they definitely do NOT provide an equivalent light. Stop reinventing the wheel.

Pros
  • Nice package
Cons
  • Updates

Bought the whole set, went on vacation, half burnt when I returned

Title, quite a lot - incredibly disappointed, waste of money. Stick them in some lamps and light fixtures (we really needed some lightbulbs) about two weeks before leaving for a two week vacation. It came back and 3/5 of them had already burned out - one was on the lamp which was left on, the rest just wouldn't come on. Terrible longevity.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Nothing here

These lamps don't last long!

My Revain story says "You purchased this item on February 3, 2018." Yes. I bought six of these bulbs three months ago and installed the last one in the bulb yesterday. So: In three months I used six lightbulbs and I don't have six lightbulbs for it. That should tell you something, they burn out incredibly fast. And I'm someone who travels 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. And I sleep too! I'm not that picky about lightbulbs! These don't last! Don't buy them! They give off a nice bright light but…

Pros
  • Light up your home with GE bulbs. These bulbs cost $18.07 per year to run, based on 3 hours of use per day.
Cons
  • Something else

I am happy with the bright lighting.

That's exactly 150 watts. All 6 arrived intact, although I didn't screw each one in to see if they worked. The box shows Hungary as the place of manufacture. love bright light I read a lot and need good lighting during the hour I spend reading it each evening. There is also a lamp in the sewing room where I need good light to see what I am doing. 75 watts is a waste of money for someone who needs brighter lighting. It's going to be great, and I haven't activated them long enough to worry about…

Pros
  • GE lamps are designed to last 0.7 years based on 3 hours daily use.
Cons
  • A small change

I used two of these within a few days of receiving them. The first lasted about five days and just stopped working. The second lasted a few days longer. I received them less than two weeks ago and have already used 2/3 of this pack. I thought they were supposed to be energy efficient, but I just think of all the energy that is wasted producing this garbage, transporting it across the country, and then throwing it away. In Progress. They certainly didn't save any energy in the five or six days…

Pros
  • GE Crystal Clear incandescent bulbs use 150 watts.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
