Don't waste your time and money

4 out of 8 bulbs burned out within minutes. Those can't be GE bulbs. They must be fake. They were exactly what I was looking for if only they would last.

Pros
  • 90 watts, lumens (luminous flux): 700
Cons
  • little things

Protects entry/exit points from insects

They are bright to illuminate insects which I like and repel insects. The front porch light was still brightly lit, but the one on the back porch burned out after only 2 weeks of very infrequent use. As for energy efficiency, who really knows?

Pros
  • Medium base, 0.9 year life
Cons
  • Expandable

These bulbs will burn out FAST

I use these bulbs in my outdoor lights near each entryway. I have been using these devices for 20 years and have never had any problems. Most of the lamps I put in it last for years. However, I had to replace the rear door light bulbs 3 times and the front door light bulbs 2 times. And it's only 3 months! (5 onions in 3 months)

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

There were still bugs: Lightbulbs

I bought them for our house front and on the terrace. I figured a clear attachment to the front of the house would be best for them, but it looks like we still have the same amount of bugs as before. Also, when I previously had 100 watt bulbs in fixtures, those bug repellent bulbs began to melt the plastic windows in the fixtures, and two out of three bulbs burned out within a couple of nights.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
