Unreliable and Overpriced Switch Extension

This switch extension is a waste of money. Its construction is flimsy and it doesn't withstand frequent use. The price for such a low-quality product is unacceptable. The only good thing about it is the easy installation.

Great for things with complex switches or even lamps.

I like these. I bought one for three cabinets that I wanted to turn on at the same time, but the switches and plugs are in the back. So we got this and it works great. I will get another set for some lamps.

Build quality, materials are you concerned about the safety of this product

The first unit immediately overheated and in less than a minute melted the insulation while drawing well below its advertised capacity. Taking a closer look at the remaining two units and comparing them to products from other manufacturers, it became clear that the synthetic and metallic materials used were of VERY poor quality. I cut the remaining units into small pieces (to reduce the chance of a scavenger taking the same risk as I did) and threw it all in the trash.
