Durable, works like a charm.

I have an Irish husband who loves his corned beef and this thing is great for storing condiments in a simmering cauldron. It's also great when you can have canned vegetables at home. No more gauze for me!

He liked it so we got one for each of us.

I bought this for my husband to fill last year. He loved it so we bought one for each of our kids who cook a lot. All of your herbs, peppercorns, etc. stay in the brewer and don't need to be removed.

This is a very handy tool for infusing herbal/spicy dishes.

A very good tool for seasoning dishes with herbs/spices. It holds lots of herbs/spices, stays together and has a rubber cord to keep it on the side of the pot. It can be customized if a small amount is needed. I prepared a large pot of tomato sauce and was able to put bay leaves, parsley and thyme in the colander.
