Teeth are extremely sensitive to cold. I'm not a dentist but I decided to try this stuff before going to the dentist. After 10 days of twice daily use, the toothache was gone. UPDATE: I'm still using this product after 2 years and I'm very glad I bought it. My teeth are still sensitive although there is no decay and this continues to help. I eat a little better to help myself but if I don't it helps after about 3 days when I get a toothache that doesn't seem to go away.
