Excellent anti-tilt oven

Works very well. Supplied with all hardware. It is extremely durable. I'm sure it will be safe enough to hold the oven. Complies with municipal housing inspection standards.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Nothing here

Fits as advertised Best in Parts & Accessories

I have an old GE cooker and this ROPS fits perfectly. The floor was repaired and the old ROPS was out of place. Ordered this one and surprisingly it worked without any problems.

Pros
  • Best in Niches
Cons
  • Not sure

CHECK YOUR FOOT LENGTH!

Used this product on a GE electric range IT WAS VERY LONG and didn't fit and now it's too late to return it. Anyone who buys this product DOES NOT BUY because this is a GE cooker. Measure your foot length and buy based on size, not product similarity.

Pros
  • Shipping was very fast
Cons
  • Volume

Close enough to oven parts and accessories

Used on a 5 year old GE electric range model number JB350DF4BB. It held the reach from the wall about 1 1/4 inches. So I just shortened the slit a bit and it fits perfectly. It took less than a minute to cut it. The original was priced at over $20. I bought this for half price.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Some issues

Strictly Necessary

This device is essential for your safety. Putting something heavy like a turkey by the oven door can end in disaster if the stove tips over on you. This can easily happen. Hot lube on your feet is no fun. If you are not using an anti-tip bracket, it MUST be installed.

Pros
  • Pleasant to Use
Cons
  • No Power

Works on my small flat stove

I bought this for my 24 inch flat stove due to a code requirement. It came with long screws and was perfect for my stove. One tip is to raise your oven feet before installing as mine were a bit low and wouldn't slide in the woods. Once I put my feet up it worked great

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Compatibility

The plate sticks to the ground!

This mount requires deeper cutouts. This keeps the oven seated in the floor. I had to fabricate it to make it work. The recess into which the oven foot is inserted is simply not deep enough. I had to cut the notch much deeper so the board was close to the wall. I will try to buy another brand next time.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Safety

It works. Ease of installation.

Worked exactly as it should. I used longer screws than the ones included in the package as an extra precaution because I wanted them to attach to the wall through the baseboard. Screwed onto the base behind the oven/cooker, slide the appliance backwards while aligning the foot of the appliance to engage the anti-tipper. I really had to adjust the legs on the oven/stove unit because it was originally too low to the floor for the leg to slide into the anti-tip device. I used this on a non-GE…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Weight
