works USB cables work well with USB cables

I have only one negative feedback on this product: The switch that is supposed to be used to switch between two modes of operation is very difficult to access. It touches the body and is very difficult to move from one position to another. A small screwdriver helps, but there is always a risk of damaging the device. Also, only English documentation and help files would be nice. If you read that you need to install the driver from. and there are a number of Chinese characters. not friendly atโ€ฆ

Just buy the real one!

Never worked to full instructions. I was busy in the field to return. I had to buy a really genuine brand so I could do my job.

Garbage! Only works sometimes, terrible instructions

Cheap non-working junk. Purchased to download software on SLC 5/03. permanently uninstall and reinstall the drivers on each connection. Persistent COM conflicts. Not good for a Windows 7 system. After two uses, the cable stopped working.

Doesn't work with cables and connectors

This is junk. That does not work. The switch fell off the first time I tried it. The switch is deeply embedded and very stiff. I can't get this to work with the slc500 L20. I know the SPS is good and the image works with Windows XP SP2.
