I have only one negative feedback on this product: The switch that is supposed to be used to switch between two modes of operation is very difficult to access. It touches the body and is very difficult to move from one position to another. A small screwdriver helps, but there is always a risk of damaging the device. Also, only English documentation and help files would be nice. If you read that you need to install the driver from. and there are a number of Chinese characters. not friendly at all. Functionality 5 stars, overall presentation and documentation 3 stars = average 4 stars.
