Hi Eddie! Sorry for the bad review but I was unable to contact you via Revain in any other way and the returns window closed yesterday. One of those regulators failed after a few uses, oxygen. It makes a grinding noise and stops regulating the pressure, the pressure slowly drops and I lose all the oxygen in my flashlight. Can I get a replacement oxygen regulator?

Dumbass, I was about to light someone up but then I read the instructions on the can. I couldn't connect the oxygen regulator to the tank until I read that it was a counter clockwise connection. boy my face is red The regulators are doing what they have to do and everything is fine in my world. Maybe they should note somewhere that it's counter-clockwise, or maybe provide assembly instructions.

Regulators themselves are well made and perform their function well. The problem I have with them is that the thread that attaches the regulator to the disposable tank was not the same. They are screwed on so that the thread pitch is correct, but the main and secondary thread diameters are too large. I've bolted on and tightened mine and they make a good seal, but this discrepancy leaves the possibility of a major failure.
