I have a 2006 T4runner Sport Edition. Dead easy. I forgot to take a picture of it earlier, but all half of the headlights on the left didn't light up. I found a link on the Toyota 4Runner forum, ordered and replaced and the result was just what I needed. There were 2 extra tiny bulbs but as everyone says it's for the limited facilities.

It is difficult to confirm the status of the original part because the packaging was just a zippered bag. The color of the lamp bases were different than the bulbs on my console but everything matched and worked well. It is easy to remove the console, install and replace the lamps. There are many instructional videos. The question of the lifespan of the light bulbs remains to be answered. The rest of the purchase is satisfied. HVAC center and call center removed, bulbs replaced with the ones I received from the seller. All bulbs were in an unmarked package. After comparing with the pictures, the bulbs lit up. The burned out data center was glowing, but very dimly. The other lights didn't work at all. I went to Toyota, bought lightbulbs and the whole center lit up like a Christmas tree. And paid less. Total waste of money buying from this person.

I've been slowly bringing my 4runner back to life, swapping out parts here and there. I looked them up at the dealer and when I saw the price of this kit I decided to look around and see if I could find them somewhere else. They are perfect for burnt out bulbs on the climate control panel. The package includes all bulbs but they are not labeled. So when I wanted to replace the burned out bulbs, I just resized them.

Exactly what it says on the tin. I installed an aftermarket radio a while ago and the one screw you need to remove to install these lights was removed during the process. (The threads were all worn out and I didn't want to put them back in.) Replacing these bulbs required a very small flathead screwdriver, tweezers, and a little patience, but the entire process took only a few minutes. It confuses me a bit but I finally found some pictures which I posted here. The bulbs in the box didn't all match those in my cool box. Early models of the Gen4 4Runner have a green base for the left stick (rear view), while the other two are gray. All later models had 3 shades of grey. This kit contains 3 gray base bulbs that work great. If you have an SR5/SE there are 2 extra small black socket bulbs. These are for the Limited model and are located behind the up/down temperature dial. I guess
