cartridge works as advertised. He starts complaining about being empty long before he's empty. The cost per page is higher than our old HP printer. As always, Revain was delivered on time and in excellent condition.

The pressure here is good. But I was disappointed that the cartridge only printed 5,500 pages instead of the promised 10,000. Perhaps my text is so dense that it takes up more than 5% of the page. I will look for another supplier for my next toner cartridge.

Never had any problems. prints perfectly and clearly. Completely satisfied. It also took longer than I expected given the sheer volume of reports I send to the printer each day.

We have a small Xerox Phaser 3635 in our church, it is used extensively and often by people who don't know how to fix a copier. We've run some of these toners with no issues. I could probably find cheaper remanufactured toners, but the zero defect rate is worth something to us.

We have been buying this cartridge about twice a year for the last 3 or 4 years. This cartridge worked well but only lasted about a month (10% usage) and suddenly stopped working with the printer. We ordered another cartridge direct from Xerox and it works great. Please note that these devices are sold as is and are not covered by the warranty. It doesn't say renovated but the fact that they don't guarantee it probably means it is.

I always try not to buy products that don't meet the standards of the main device manufacturers. This product is superior, meets manufacturer specifications and offers significant savings over products sold by Xerox. For a small business owner, cost control is an essential element of survival. I'm not afraid to buy cheap. It's important to me to save a hundred bucks here and there.

They ask you to contact the manufacturer (Xerox). Xerox tells you that they only guarantee the toner cartridge if you buy it directly from them. So, spend $175-$200 on genuine Xerox cartridges by simply purchasing a $25 third-party cartridge. Because you lost at most $25.
