I ordered this after reading the great support review. I go to and from work. Take all children's things with you. The support is fantastic. My back and neck haven't hurt since I started using it. However, I will say that you should wear both straps otherwise they may feel unbalanced and heavy. It's not the most spacious bag, but it definitely fits everything I need and limits my tendency to overpack.
