Excellent online platform with excellent support team !

The interface from our end user side has helped us track leads to various reports for better future marketing campaigns or sales initiatives at customer level as well all across organization levels too! I have not found anything which we dislike about this tool yet but it would be great if they come up more frequently so that even small business people out there can use them easily!! Pros
  • It is fairly easy to learn and it helped me learn things like the various functions I could use with it in case of the need for tracking time off, attendance, and other such information for my organization!
Cons
  • Everything else can be improved on, though I am fairly sure that the company plans to take up feedback on user friendliness of interface to increase its usability and help non tech people
