This waist trimmer works very well! Wide band provides great support and covers more of your core. Really gets the sweat rolling. Has strong seams and the Velcro has held up great. I don't have any pain, so I can't testify to it's effectiveness on pain relief. Using this trimmer has aided me in losing 4" of my waist in only 8 weeks.Overall, very pleased with this waist trimmer. I would purchase again and will when it wears out or I need a smaller size.

WOW Awesome product, I only wish I'd ordered the next size down, it fit as expected but I was on the line between sizes so I went up a size, but I have lost 20 lbs in Feb and I have tons of extra belt to wrap.I don't care though this is the best belt trimmer I have ever bought. My main purpose is to burn some extra calories around the abdomen area, but I only purchased recently so I am yet to see some results although plenty of sweating IS happening. Is the product perfect? I like how easy it was to put on the Waist Trimmer Weight Loss Ab Belt and how comfortable it felt to wear. I use the weight loss ab belt when I am working out or when I am playing with my VR headset and it definitely works. Each time I use it, I create a lot of sweat. I just wish is was easier to clean. I use a wash cloth to clean the belt and wipe off all the sweat, but this is not always an easy task. Other than the cleaning issue, I am really happy with my purchase.

I bought this because I was trying to focus fat burning on my stomach- well it definitely makes you seem to sweat in the area based on sweat literally pouring off when I removed the belt - however no noticeable or permanent results. Probably not worth the money to be honest

I liked how it was reletively easy to put on yourself as well as hiding it under your gym wear. It is slightly uncomfortable to sit down with it on as i found it digs into my skin a small amount. But i had no issues apart from it being mildly irritating just when I'm sitting, when i walked around with it on, i found it pleasant and practically un-noticable. Anyone who is looking into buying one, just like I was, should give this a try. It is a good quality product that does the job.

I've worn waist trimmers or wraps that have more support, if you are looking for one to lessen back pain during a workout there may be better options. But it is well make, quality materials, and definitely serves the purpose of increased sweating

It’s a great belt but in fortunately I could only use it twice because of a condition that I have that when my skin gets to hot I break out in bumps whelps and puffy areas when my skin is covered with tight clothing or belt’s. Well at least I tried to get rid of the waist and lower back fat lol.

So I have gain quite the weight and unfortunately I need support for my back and core. Fitru was the only waist belt that fit my gut, 63" and it fit perfect. It has helped me work out more often and dont have to worry about my back hurting. Its hard to lose weight but thank you Fitru for making products for us big fellows and giving us a chance to lose weight.
