Based on the reviews I was so concerned about this and when I unpacked it today I was over the moon. The trays were heavy, the center bar construction was solid, there were backing plates between each tier, and they snapped together very easily. Everything fell perfectly! I was able to put heavy objects on its side without it tipping over, it was very level and solid. It's quite large, so unless you're putting it on an open table or island I'd advise buyers to check the dimensions carefully…

I was debating whether to buy it from Revain or pay a lot more to get it from an expensive store. I went to the store to check the product and see if the center part (rod) was the same and not galvanized metal. And it was kind of "plastic," as many reviewers have said about it.
