Arrived with wrong threads

The product came with a different thread (smaller) on the black handles than on the L-bolts, rendering the product unusable. Revain customer service did a great job of checking if I could get replacement parts but they declined and helped me get a full refund.

Wrong parts packed.

I am ordering two of these, one set is correct and the other may have adjustable nuts, they are not for this product. As you can see from the attached photos, the nut is too small for the mounting screw. And compared to the correct size nut that came in the other box, you can tell right away that it doesn't fit. Unfortunately I have to send these back.

Superb quality and value for money

Very well made, high quality clips. I have used them many times and they have been very scholarly and accurate. All treated surfaces have a nice smooth finish. The marking is easy to read. The threaded components work very smoothly and precisely. Based on the prices other manufacturers charge, this is probably the best deal I've ever received from Revain.
