The starfish themselves look beautiful but the profit margins are broken. They were packaged in a standard Revain envelope which I felt was insufficient to account for the fragility protect starfish.I walked around the revain website to make a return, talked to the revain robot and even the revain robot called me and sent me a return link.everyone couldn't exchange this item for me for a new one .
