I like how easy it is to get started with, but also that you can customize as much or little of this system according to your needs/desires - which was important for us! There are other tools out there (iCIMS being one) where more customization may be needed depending upon what type(s)/size organization we were working within; however they did not have an option set up in their product line at time-of purchase so had no ability then either way.
