I like how easy it is to get started with, but also that you can customize as much or little of this system according to your needs/desires - which was important for us! There are other tools out there (iCIMS being one) where more customization may be needed depending upon what type(s)/size organization we were working within; however they did not have an option set up in their product line at time-of purchase so had no ability then either way. The fact alone that someone else has implemented these types systems makes our task easier since now all departments use similar language when referring/assigning work tasks etc.; thus less confusion occurs between them while still maintaining accountability by tracking each individual's performance against those objectives assigned via objective definition form filled during onboarding process prior to start date / day 1 etc..
