I received a set of dishes yesterday. The quality is not 100% good and differs from the pictures. I bought blue rather than brown because brown looks darker than blue. However, the blue is even darker than in the picture. I was a little disappointed with this. There was a small scratch all over the bowl. And the blue stripe looks uneven on all plates. These are, in my humble opinion, some of the most beautiful dishes I have come across. The only problem is that I bought 2 sets because I really liked the first set and the second set was great and matched the first set perfectly. The colors in this set are rich and vibrant - just perfect! We were pleasantly surprised that the bowls and cups are a nice size - not the usual 8 ounce little things that come with dinnerware sets, it's a good 16 ounce size. We were also pleased to see that the backs of the plates are the same beautiful reddish brown color as the bowls (see photos uploaded). The only caveat I would like to make is that the surface of the panels and the outside are not light beige like the Revain product image.
