Wooden bowls are often expensive. That's a good value. What I like is that it's wider instead of taller and it looks really good on my dining table. My only concern is that it's very, very light so I don't know how long it will last or if it will hold up if dropped. But for a simple salad bowl, she is quite suitable.

Very beautiful and durable. Got it as a surprise for my wife and she loved it. In the hot weather we ate a lot of salads and this was the perfect dish to serve. Wood doesn't feel fragile or cheap, and you feel like it might break just by laying it on the floor or washing it. First off, this is a great salad bowl. I needed a new bowl to replace the old one and it was the perfect replacement. It fits a whole pack of store-bought salad and all the toppings. The only downside is that I ordered mine through Warehouse Deals. They said the box was damaged but nothing more. When I received the box it only contained a salad bowl.
