The only difference that I overpaid for is psi4 and glitches with reboot, it's definitely not BIOS settings, since I set the default ones, the problem is either in the hardware or in the motherboard itself, what exactly the problem is, I don't understand, since I can't catch the BIOS code without an additional display with code.
