Cheap, $200 and the blade doesn't seem to shave as cleanly as the Fusion blades. You get a razor that feels clunky and doesn't shave well. It heats up, but so far this razor isn't impressive. I regret the purchase and you probably do too.

Only used a few parts and one day it started flickering/flashing. I'll try to contact Gillette and see what they have to say.

Bought as a Christmas present. Very nice, I like how it can stand up straight. Very cool. With heating. He liked it, it was worth it.

This product works very well. The heating element really helped reduce the irritation from the razor and I get a nice smooth finish after shaving. It seems to stay charged for over 20 days before needing to be charged again. I haven't had to change knives yet.

Bought this for my husband for Father's Day because he wanted it. He tried it once, packed it up again and should be back. The biggest complaints were that the device is too big, doesn't get as hot as advertised and definitely not worth the money. The husband said he would stick with his existing 5 blade razor (other than Gillette razors) and continue to use hot water while shaving as it is a razor. feels a lot better on his skin to be honest.

Part II I have just used a heated shaver for the first time. This is a slightly more comfortable shave. Never hang or pull hair. I also had a beard for 3 or 4 days. That shaves a little faster. I was really excited when I unboxed it today. Then I used it. i will return it Save a lot of money and use hot water when you shave. The cartridges are $25 for four. I can get 8 Pro-Glide cartridges on Amazon for the same price, which shave better. After checking I don't even see cartridges for them on Amazon. This whole product is a useless thing.
