Update: Customer service contacted me immediately after I posted this review and arranged for a new pair to be shipped. I received them quickly and the customer service was AWESOME. They went out of their way to be helpful which is rare. The new pair is holding up well. I will buy from them again because they care about their customers! First Review: Loved these but after 2 socks the elastic that goes on top frayed on one and now they look sloppy. 2 bears! Very disappointed.

**UPDATED AT THE END**Absolute crap. I'm not sure which factory in China this came from, but quality control is clearly not to blame. Sloppy glue, excess rubber is not removed after the injection molding process. We don't send our daughter to school in these crappy little factories. UPDATE: THANKS for fixing the issue. At the discretion of the sellers, they responded to my complaint by sending me a replacement pair of shoes. The new pair I received is perfect and looks just like the picture…

The idea of these shoes is great. My daughter loves her. They were too big and kept falling off my feet but the next size down was out of stock and due to the price I kept them. Also, the loop is just a slipknot that never held up. I would not recommend it as overall it appears to be a product that is not well made. ***UPDATE*** The company kindly sent me a new pair of these shoes. I could tell the product was redesigned.
