Purchased sets for my 4 year old. A good box set, but these aren't Kinetic Beans, they're Kinetic Sans. They are difficult to shape and fall apart easily, even if packaged very well. I left my "perfectionist" child upset that his lock was collapsing. The second minus is the smell. It has a very strong perfume smell that gave me a headache. When I bought this I had no idea how much my kids would love it. The sand smells very good. I don't know what the scent is, but it's very pleasant. Comes with a beach mat, but we've put it in a tray for easy washing. Won't stick to anything other than sand, so that's important.
