Everything came half full and made of plastic. I ordered air wick plugs and they were full. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this purchase and will be returning. You do not pay full price for a half-empty item (see photo)

I've been using Glade Scented Oil Plugins for a long time, but lately I've noticed that some of the other Glade Plugins smell quite synthetic and unattractive. This fragrance from Glade Tropical Blossoms is not as pleasant as the fresh combination of Hawaiian Aloha, but has a fresh, pleasant and calming scent that is neither synthetic nor chemical.

My original Glade dispenser was bought in a store. On the lowest setting it was strong enough to smell most of my downstairs. I bought this because I needed refills and wanted a second diffuser for my second stick. They arrived today and all the bottles were no more than 1/2 full unlike the one I bought from the store which was closer to the top of the bottle. I've run both on medium settings all day, and unless I'm in a foot area of either diffuser I can't smell them at all. I don't know if…

After I put the refill in the heating pad as instructed, turn it on. After about 30 minutes I walk down the hall and see a puddle of oil on the carpet and a strong smell of lots of oil. I go and check all the plugins I just bought and 3 out of 5 I bought are leaking. I thought maybe I did something so I go back to the instructions and see that I followed very simple instructions on T. I replaced the rod thinking maybe it was a faulty box of rods no leak again.
