Complete nonsense - do not buy! At first they work normally, then they start dripping fragrant oil on the floor. I bought three at a time and within a week they all started dripping. If you have soiled hardwood floors, good luck. Depending on what type of stain you have, these oils can seep into the wood and sometimes pull the color out of the stain, leaving an ugly, discolored stain that may need to be restained. It's not worth it.

They say that the oil in it should last 30-50 days at a minimum temperature, but this is not so. Fragrance is barely present next to this style unless you crank the dial to the maximum, but then the oil only lasts a week (two max). I prefer the square style to these because they release a lot of flavor even on lower settings and last about a month. Very disappointed with this new dispenser design advertised as having 50 days fragrance retention. Glade scents are great, but this dispenser design is a total flop in any setting. The idea is that the dial that regulates the aroma holes is above the warm part of this plug. It doesn't release much flavor at any setting, especially not for fifty days. This is the first scented plug I've ever bought, but I recently got a cat and my house doesn't smell 'fresh'. After purchasing and installing them, I was amazed at how well they work!
