First the plastic bag they arrived in (in the mailer box) was opened and only 4 units were sent. Also, when you twist and open the device, the lid doesn't stay up, it falls back down and essentially closes, cutting off the smell.

they don't live long but they smell nice as long as they live. Fine for closets, but for larger spaces I'd go with an oil stopper.

Great price. Great taste. What I do not like? I couldn't really set the air freshener. When I put the lid down, it slides down. The brand of solid air freshener I usually buy in bulk from Revain allows for various levels of customization. A little disappointed with this purchase.
