Nowhere in the product description does it say it blocks access to DVI and Displayport. The only available input is HDMI. If that suits you then go ahead and buy it.

Just follow the instructions on the box and you can't go wrong as long as your monitor is on the supported list. Went like clockwork.

This is the only adapter I could find that works with my display. Unfortunately, once you install the adapter, you won't be able to use the DVI connector on the monitor, so keep that in mind when purchasing.

Worked like magic, it took me a few minutes to figure out how it happened but the pictures helped a lot. Installation would have taken longer without photos. Given all the options, this was the best way to turn my Acer S230HL into a VESA compatible monitor.

As this is specific to an Acer monitor this is normal but the mount is disabled when multiple monitors are installed on the arm. It just didn't work at all. Which is disappointing. If it's the only monitor you have, it might work, but if you want to set up multiple monitors, there's no need to line them up.

Bought 2 to set up my Acer XG270HU with dual channels. The mounts are sturdy and fit perfectly. Modifying an existing stand requires a Phillips screwdriver and is very simple (INSERT WITH PICTURES). I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this brand. They seem really, really proud of their products and it shows!

I like that these adapters use part of the existing monitor structure. Reuse everything you can. And they work great. On my Acer S220HQL it does block the video ports a bit, but nothing the angled adapter wouldn't fix (or remove one of the screws in the cable connector). You are strong. They are VESA. They fit. Nothing more to say.

Mount was assembled quickly and easily using parts from the monitor stand. Modification may be required depending on the connector type of your monitor. My ACER S200HL only has VGA and DVI inputs. I used DVI, but the position of the connector and the depth of the bracket prevented the cable from being plugged in. The cable comes with 2 thumbscrews to secure the cable to the monitor port. I loosened a screw and it fit.

This fills a market need for my Acer R221Q monitors. I needed a way to attach them to VESA mounts to mount the monitor on a 2 arm desk. If I were to offer some constructive criticism, it would be nice if the mount was threaded so no nuts would be required to attach the mount to the VESA mount, but I know it's not exactly a universal standard screw size, so I understand why it's not So. t function.
