I took a big leap buying this set without having previous reviews so wanted to make sure I kept the first one. I used to read about the Finedine line products and hoped for the best. To my surprise they were the same as in the photo, made of durable glass and stylish. I decided to do a leak test and they passed! (see second photo) Very happy with my new set!

I liked this product when I bought it, especially the look and feel of the lids. After a few weeks, I noticed that one of the containers had broken glass and suspected it might be my carelessness. After about a month I broke 5 off the edges and I'm pretty sure it's not because of what I'm doing. I've always used glass containers and this is my first experience of edge chipping and it's also very risky.

I've had these Tupperware parts for 2 days now and the grommets (the rubber gasket that keeps the covers airtight) have fallen off about a third of the way I read these reviews looked through and don't think it was mentioned. Although the manufacturer says in the questions that these pads are removable, I assume this is not a defect, meaning I will attach these rubber straps if I plan to use them. I only bought these cookware a few months ago and have used each probably 10 times or less. I wash it in the dishwasher and keep it carefully in a drawer with other glass storage containers that I've owned for years that I haven't had a single crack or problem with. Each dish in this collection has cracks and chips on the sides from heavy wear, and one even has a large crack on the bottom. Very dangerous! I thought it was good but when I first opened it the seal fell off and the side clip just fell off. It's not airtight so don't use them to store anything in the freezer, the freezer will burn. I think they have the potential to be good but they need to improve in quality, I have similar ones and they are freezer safe, they don't have a rubber seal and the side clips don't just fall off like that. Nice set of containers. I will only buy glass containers with real hinges, not those toothpaste lid hinges that will most likely break off after a while, leaving you with a useless glass bottom completely intact. For those who are not sure what they see in the photos, the color of the hinge leaves is a light grey. Not black.
