Handle and shape make it easy to use. My feet were a podiatrist's nightmare! At first I was hesitant because I figured I'd have to use it every night for a while. I've never had smoother heels. I swear by my Ped Egg for my super rough heels. But it does the job a lot better. Easy to hold and easy to clean would definitely recommend.

All I can say about this product is if you think about it, just do it! I have never had a pedicure this tool did it for me. A little tool I didn't know I had. I have one of those coarse files that looks like a cheese grater and is as hard as it works. It's just not smooth or comfortable. This device is fantastic! I have no idea how this is supposed to work, but it works! I no longer have to saw off half of my heel to treat unusually dry feet. I bought them for all my relatives to use as darning stockings. Can't recommend it more highly!
