Not so good with reading glasses

These glasses are not designed for reading/vision at or near 90 degrees. It's more like your head should be at a 45 degree angle, at which point you might just want to do whatever you want without them. Also, the view isn't amazing. It's crisp, with some oddities in the middle, because it's not one long piece of glass, but one for each eye. But it also makes what you're holding or looking at twice as far away as it actually is, so you'll have to put the book down about 5 inches in front of youโ€ฆ

  • Comfortable

Great value if you only need 45/90 degrees

Pros - Works - Sturdy Cons - Has a fit issue (too big for me; too heavy to stay on when standing upright eh bad ) it's okay, but it's a little annoying; it has a narrower field of view than I'd like) - the field of view is closer to 45 degrees than 90 degrees, which is great when leaning on a pillow, but terrible without one/floor (maybe that's a problem too, but if considering it's on my face when I lie down I doubt) - (not really related to the product itself but still a minor annoyance) it's

Light and cheap, some visual flaws

I really didn't know what to expect. There is currently only one type of prism eyewear available from Revain. The frames seem relatively strong, but the weight is lighter than I expected. I think the build quality is on par with cheap e-readers and gas station sunglasses. This type of glasses is 0% stylish anyway, I think an even more eccentric form-follows-function design with squarer edges would look better... These glasses are a cool gadget for watching movies and TV shows while lying downโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are new competitors
