Ugly but Glerups are the best slippers you have ever bought: they are very comfortable, warm, you don't sweat and the inside doesn't wrinkle like lambswool slippers (eyes you, UGG). We've had several pairs over the years, leather soles (which are fine too), boot style etc, but this style with that *specific* rubber sole was the top choice here at PNW. I bought a pair of leather soled Glerup sneakers for my home. I liked them so much that I bought them for street shoes. I love the comfy, absorbent wool underfoot, which makes them far more comfortable to wear than any other shoe. This particular style is not suitable for city walks or brisk walks as the heel slips a bit. So if you need it, you should get the boot or shoe version. I think these shoes can change your life!
