Excellent product A+

I really liked it. I ordered three of them to carry our dogs' ashes for our older children. I engraved our dog's name on each one. The whole thing was small, but not so small that we couldn't put ashes in it. I would recommend this to everyone. A+

The ash holder is removed after the first day

At first I was amazed at the well made piece of heavy metal. The eyelet hook that attaches to the keychain has a threaded ash holder plug with a rubber grommet at the top. It seemed solid and secure but after a day of use the ash holder was gone! So I didn't find it. I don't know if it's twisted or broken off. Definitely; useless to me. A refund has been issued.

Not reliable

It's been a minute since I ordered this. At first I was very satisfied. The kit made it easy to put the remains inside. But. This is a "KEY FOB" so the fob can be expected to knock. I have ordered 2. One of them shifted, fell off and was completely lost. The screw on that part is still on the keychain. Another failed twice. Thank goodness I found it both times. Screw the part should be more reliable. If you want your loved ones to be "always with you," you may want to buy the best pendant.
