🔌 FL RS232 Global Cache SL Review

Works as advertised. Excellent way to control a mechanism that needs to receive an RS232 signal in combination with a global flexible cache. I use one for the Daemon receiver, another for the HDMI matrix switch, and a third for the Centralite wired lighting control system. Works flawlessly in all cases with the Simple Control app.

Comes with a cute little adapter that wasn't needed. A handy article to have on hand the next time I encounter an M/F problem with a DB-9 connector. The screws worked well to attach it to my HDMI switch. Connected to iTach and it talks by serial number. No fuss, no fuss. Does what needs to be done and no more (didn't make me dinner).

Works as expected; Read the specs before purchasing as there are some limitations. The Flex series is generally really good and this is no exception. Cons: No response buffer on consecutive calls.
