🌍 Globe Castro Slip Black Charcoal Men's Shoes and Slip-On Loafers Review

Haven't worn them yet, but the box was opened before I "opened" the box. I've been observing the globe since 2002, so I KNOW some things have been missing. The brand sticker was missing. The paper in the box is like printer paper. but these are shoes. I hope it's not a fake. I will do some checks before wearing them. But cheer up

I don't know where or how they make them these days, but it's not the same at all. I have 3 pairs of these. One is over 6 years old. The pair I just bought walked around the house for about half an hour before breaking into pieces. The original Castro is no longer advertised on their website. I suspect these are fakes, or they were sold in some sweatshop. In any case, they are garbage.

cool slippers, the seams holding the upper part of the shoe to the sides came undone when first worn. Quality control in the globe must have relaxed that day. this is the second pair i have bought

Better than washable slippers. I buy a size up to wear at home and they work great. They are machine washable and will be like new.

The first day I had them, after about five hours of continuous use (in the house no less), the stitching started coming out of the right shoe! I see this as a common problem at these shows, too bad Globe make solid shoes other than these.

These shoes are very comfortable but look like slippers, feel great, have great grip, look good and are fantastically durable. Ideal for walking around the house or shooting around town, a pair is highly recommended.

It's absolute rubbish. I bought a couple fifteen years ago who are still together. I bought these and after three months they completely fell apart. Take them from Amazon, they're rubbish.

Was very disappointed in these shoes, I really wanted a black pair too. I have two other pairs that fit perfectly but this one is much narrower. I think it was okay for me in the end. They fit my brother's feet so I'll just let him keep them.

This is the second pair, they have lasted me quite a while now (2+ years or daily use) and they are so comfortable and perfect for around the home or long trips.

I like the style but they are too small. I have size 13 shoes so I ordered the same slippers and they are too small. Tight should have been 14 I think.

I have been selling shoes for Genseco for 13 years, have owned/worn the Castro line and have always been very happy with it. I bought this pair less than 2 months ago, wore them 20 times and they fell apart. Globes aren't what they used to be. Sad.

I personally have had a few of these in the past so I bought a different color. All the same shoes! I would say they are even more comfortable than they were 10 years ago. Extremely fast shipping and great product!

Not even 2 days old but appears to be badly torn! I'm a size 11.5 and I'm a size 12 and they were pretty tight. I have had many of these in the past and love them. But these are terrible. I definitely want a new pair and not a refund if possible.

I have bought this shoe many times. Something must have changed in the production process. Shoes are now too narrow and small in length. I always ordered the same size and this time they didn't fit for the first time.

This is my husband's second pair, they have served him for many years. Great fit and comfortable. I like the thick sole below.

I bought these for my husband and apart from being a little tight for him (although we bought a size bigger than he wears) he loves them! I wish they had more color/style choices in their size but it really isn't their fault!
