QC problem or actual product quality?

The photos are taken straight out of the box, still without the knife. There are some quality issues with this knife that quickly caught my attention. First it was the teeth of the saw. The teeth look decent near the handle, but as you get closer to the tip of the knife the saw teeth start to lose their sharpness and become something that hardly looks like saw teeth anymore. This will of course adversely affect the operation of the saw. Second, the knife point does not go into the point. He's…

2 hours used, first reactions - will update over time

As the name suggests, I've had it for 2 hours now. I have a few first impressions that I feel need to be addressed: 1. Oh my gosh, I've read a few other reviews that said it's going to be dull, but man, mine literally came with a flat edge for good 4/5 blade, the only sharp point was the point (and was about as sharp as I would have kept it). on the subject). I'm really sorry I didn't take a picture when I got it because leaving the factory line like that was absolutely terrible, but I didn't…

best bottle cap lifter

This is the best bottle cap lifter I have ever used. The saw teeth are excellent and the cruciform geometry reduces the risk of slipping when lifting the lid. The edge of the knife is sharp and the end of the clip is pointed. It smells strongly of gun oil, but I can handle it. As a weapon it is excellent for self-defense with either a straight or inverted blade style, but only with a traditional thumb grip over the fingers as the bottle cap lifter protects the hand. The pommel is a decent…

Grade A+ Serious Army Knife

First of all it's a hammer. This is a solid military all-purpose/combat/bayonet knife. It's coated in gun oil/grease that smells of cosmoline when you pull it out - it's not the "blotchy" paintwork that a 1-* "reviewer" noted. It's probably a good thing he sent it back because if you can't tell the difference between mottled paint and gun oil/grease. You have to stick to mushroom picking. ' said Nuff. Also, the blade isn't razor sharp from the factory, as it's a hybrid melee weapon that serves…

This knife is way better than it should be

I have been a knife fanatic/collector for decades and have owned many knives but of all knives this is the most used. The 81 is my all-purpose knife and I carry it with me for almost every outdoor job. While the Glock 81 isn't a perfect knife and there are definitely better knives out there, you can't beat the value. ADVANTAGES: - Size/Shape: The 6.5 inch blade is really handy for working and working outdoors. , and why I like to carry it in place of a smaller pocket knife when I can. The blade
