Exactly as advertised - update

UPDATE. Two years after the purchase I had some mechanical problems. I asked for help during the busy holiday season. My problem was solved within 72 hours. I love the products and of course the great customer service. Exactly as advertised! Excellent product and customer service

This trimmer save machine is wonderful, I've never had a save machine like this, I've been using it almost every day for more than 10 months, unfortunately one day it stopped working so I ask The Goatee Saver Company GmbH. how to fix it and i can't imagine them sending me a $0 replacement. I really appreciate that they offer such a quality service and product. My respect to this company :)

Definitely not worth the headache

I bought this in hopes of getting a better beard trim. I love how it feels in my hand and all, but I haven't used it once and the clip holding the heads was bent so badly you couldn't put new heads on. I've tried looking at the instructions but there are only pictures of heads and we're almost useless. Then I got a head to stay, and when I wanted to switch it and put another one in, the next head didn't stay.
