As a longtime type 2 diabetic I have to struggle with many problems of this disease like dry and cracked skin on my legs; However, I found this product (Gold Bond Ultimate Diabetics, Dry Skin Treatment, 4.5 oz, Unscented) to moisturize my feet really well. As a newly diagnosed diabetic I was taught the importance of foot care. That being said, I had a hard time believing the claims on this bottle that you can see results in minutes. But I only use this stuff at night for a few days and the improvement in my feet is noticeable. My feet have always been drier and when the weather takes a turn they can even crack. I purchased a bottle of this product and Aveeno Diabetics' Relief for Dry Skin with Oat Triple Complex and Natural Shea Butter at the same time. Used on each leg for two weeks for comparison. Aveeno worked much better for me, a noticeable difference. I'm sure YMMV depends on the person. The gold bond also seemed empty when I opened it. The bottle was about 30 percent full, not sure if that's a marketing ploy to make it seem like there's more in it, or I've encountered a broken bottle.

I use this for feet even though they make it specifically for feet. This one is cheaper than just the leg and works well for me. I put it on quite thick and then put on a pair of cotton socks. As a diabetic I have very dry feet and it is very important to keep them soft and moisturized to avoid cracking. I don't really care about it for hands or hands as it's a little heavy and a little greasy and sticky. But it's great for the legs.

This is my favorite body care. I have exceptionally dry skin and live in a very humid climate. This moisturizer absorbs quickly and never leaves a greasy shine. It has the unique ability to treat dry skin without leaving a sticky feeling. I highly recommend this product. During the pandemic, when I washed my hands with very dry antibacterial soap throughout the day, this moisturizer left my hands soft and smooth.
