Used as an ottoman and I realized too late the picture doesn't match the product - it has NO borders which makes it look so cute in the pictures! Also I wanted to stuff it again but unfortunately that can't be which means I'll be going to my local upholsterer and asking him to make me one for less than this ugly mis-advertised item which could have been designed a lot better . . SO disappointed now.

As you can see from the photo, the ottoman quickly (in a few days) turned into a messy mess. When used as a stool, your feet sink in the middle and lower the other foot. This is very inconvenient to use, and trying to keep the "cube" shape is nearly impossible. I buy extra filler but for the price it is NOT what I thought I got from the description. If I sat on it I would be eight inches off the ground and it's a terrible footstool.

I contacted Revain after the footstool/ottoman arrived to report that the zipper on the cover did not work. The seller was supposed to contact me, which he never did. My dog was using a precursor to this product which I was trying to replace. So I'm really hoping that the filling will actually soften under the dog's weight, which hasn't happened yet. (I understand this is not the intention of the manufacturer! I'm just frustrated that I can't open the cover to wash it.)
